Has anyone seen un-badged Thundersky/Winston batteries, possibly fake?

Do you have any Thundersky batteries that are missing the laser-engraved logo button in between the terminals? According to one poster in the Thundersky Yahoo Group, these are alleged to have yellow cases, exactly the same as the legit ones, except they are missing the logo badge.

whats their proof? how did they test that they were fakes?

I've only ever seen them with a color gem sticker in the middle, with a green and red globe design, with white lines and a white thunderbolt through the middle. I've never seen (pics or otherwise) a laser engraved emblem there.

its not a "laser-engraved logo button"..... Lets try to keep this accurate as possible nonpoluter.

its a laser engraved model number on the plastic case.

When I was negotiating with ThunderSky about a small order, they warned me about
the fake battery-cells, if I would try to buy from a "too-cheap reseller".
They told, that these are the main descriptive marks:

"Our battery is yellow.
Molding has our company name.
With LASER marking for the model no.
Central Place has a colorful logo between + & - terminals."
