4am today, before heading off to the gym I made this carbon axle tube (the one with the bearings in the ends) built around a section of the form I used to shape my swingarm.

Tonight, just finished making another carbon tube, this one 2" inside diameter, which will be the bushing eyes for the swingarm pivot. Made a down and dirty rotating drum around which I can wrap the carbon fiber. Tomorrow morning I'll see if I can separate the carbon without destroying the wooden drum, but if not, then I will have fun destroying a wooden drum too.

......got my first battery box built! Getting closer!! Every step gets me more excited about getting that EV smile!!
And you can't tell, but the lexan cover is installed! Once I get everything lined up and installed in the bike, I will be cutting accesses for the wires.

Today I got out the dremel and cut off the battery box mounting brackets. Fit tested the Motor Controller and Contactor...controller needed to offset 1/4" to get better clearance under the frame tubes, but everything will fit nicely!
