Great video, thanks for sharing! Wish the announcers would've stopped talking a bit while the bikes were taking off the start line. That race must be a blast to ride.

Also, I thought MotoCzysz was pronounced moto-sizz (as in sizzle) instead of -shiz.

I am reasonably certain that it is pronounced "sizz" not "shiz." But you know those Brits. They spell "color" as "colour" among other oddities.

Yeah - it wasn't totally clear what that was about, but I think they limited power to have enough energy to finish the race. That's why at one point he upped it to 60% because he could see he had enough juice left.

Would be interesting to see what the bike can do on a short course.

It was McGuinness who upped his power to 60% not Mark Miller. So it means both teams have quite a bit in reserve waiting for batteries that will let them put down more power for the duration of the lap.

Ah - yup, you're right. At the beginning when they're asking Mark about cornering in the wet, he says the're only going about half throttle.
